Products and availability

Our current shop offers small-batch physical goods. We try to describe each item, material, size, color, and image accurately. Display colors vary by screen, and handmade or small-run goods may have minor variations that are not defects.

Products remain subject to availability until payment is completed. We may limit quantities or cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, inventory, fraud, or technical error.

Prices, promotions, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable sales tax are shown during Stripe Checkout before payment. Card information is entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout and is not stored by AV Therapy.

When offered, the sticker promotion provides one free sticker for each four stickers ordered: add four to the cart and pay for three. The cart and checkout show the discount before payment.

Optional support

Support payments are optional one-time contributions to AV Therapy. They do not include a product, membership, access, reward, service, or charitable tax deduction.

If you make an accidental support payment, email info@av-therapy.com promptly. We will refund accidental payments to the original payment method.

Shipping

We currently ship physical shop orders only to valid United States addresses. We mail orders as soon as possible, usually within 2–3 business days. Weekends and postal holidays may add time.

The launch sticker rate uses untracked U.S. letter mail. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide a complete and accurate address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately; we cannot promise changes after an order has been mailed.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

If an order has not arrived within 14 business days after the shipping confirmation, email us so we can review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Returns and refunds

Unused physical goods in their original condition may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Email info@av-therapy.com before mailing a return; we will provide the current return address and instructions.

Customers are generally responsible for return postage for preference-based returns. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived materially damaged or defective, contact us with a description and photo when practical, and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within the time required by law. Card credits are issued to the payment provider within seven business days after we have the returned goods in refundable condition and enough information to process the refund. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not normally refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Intellectual property

Artwork, writing, music, graphics, branding, and other site content belong to AV Therapy or are used with permission. Purchasing an item does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the underlying artwork.

Site use and responsibility

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, upload harmful material, or use our work in violation of law or intellectual-property rights.

To the extent permitted by law, AV Therapy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order. California law applies, without excluding consumer rights that apply where you live.
