What can I request?

Adelene currently considers paintings and digital work. Her work on the Art page is the best guide to her visual language.

What sizes are available?

Small means postcard through roughly 5 × 7 inches; medium means roughly 8 × 10 or 11 × 14; large is capped at 16 × 20. The proposal will name an exact size.

How is the price decided?

You choose a broad budget—$50–$100, $100–$300, or $300+. Adelene then proposes a specific piece and price based on the format, scale, subject, and detail. Your budget choice is not a charge or guaranteed quote.

What happens after I submit?

Adelene reviews the request and replies with availability and a proposal describing the concept, exact price, size, and timing. You can approve it, request changes, or stop without charge.

How many proposal changes can I request?

Usually up to three rounds before approval. If the scope keeps changing or a workable proposal cannot be reached, Adelene may close the request or suggest beginning again with a new scope.

When do I pay?

Nothing is due with the request. After you approve the proposal and its terms, 50% confirms the commission and work begins. The remaining balance is due after a final preview and before shipping or delivery of the final digital file.

Will I see progress?

Routine work-in-progress previews are not included. You will receive a final photo or protected digital preview before the remaining balance is due. Any changes at that stage must stay within the approved proposal.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. Physical commissions currently ship only within the United States. We collect the exact shipping address after the proposal is approved.

What references can I send?

You may upload up to three JPG, PNG, or WebP images at 5 MB each and include up to five links. References guide the conversation; the final work remains Adelene’s interpretation.

Can I cancel?

You may stop at any time before approving the proposal without charge. Once approved and paid, the cancellation and refund terms written into that proposal apply.
